Obiettivi formativi
Al termine del corso, lo studente dovrà:

Dimostrare di possedere conoscenze inerenti la promozione della salute e del benessere degli individui nel ciclo di vita secondo il prevalente modello bio-psicosociale, con particolare attenzione all'analisi dei processi sottostanti la relazione tra il cliente-cittadino ed il professionista all'interno del contesto farmaceutico e riguardanti aspetti comunicativi ed emotivo-motivazionali e sociali.

Essere in grado di utilizzare le conoscenze acquisite per collegare i diversi temi trattati maturando la consapevolezza che quanto più si conoscono e padroneggiano tali aspetti comunicativi ed emotivo-motivazionali, tanto più sarà possibile gestire in modo adeguato il coinvolgimento personale che la futura professione comporta.

At end of course, the student must:
- Demonstrate knowledge on the promotion of health and well-being of individuals in the life span according to the prevailing bio-psychosocial model, with particular attention to the analysis of the processes underlying the relationship between the customer-citizen and the professional within the pharmaceutical context and related communication and emotional-motivational and social aspects.
- Be able to use acquired knowledge to connect the different topics discussed, with the increase in awareness that to master these communication and emotional-motivational aspects allow to manage adequately the personal involvement that the future profession entails.

Al termine del corso, lo studente dovrà essere in grado di dimostrare:

Modalità di insegnamento
Il corso è svolto tramite lezioni frontali orale con spiegazione degli argomenti contenuti nel programma e corredati video. Alle lezioni frontali saranno affiancate esercitazioni, spazi di riflessione e discussione.

The course is conducted through frontal lectures with an oral explanation of the topics in the program and it is accompanied by videos. Lectures will be supplemented with exercises, spaces for reflection and discussion.

Il Corso prenderà in esame i concetti di salute e di benessere nella prospettiva del ciclo di vita, tenendo conto dei loro correlati psicologici sottostanti alla relazione tra gli individui all'interno dei contesti di vita e con particolare attenzione ai processi tra l'utente ed il professionista nel contesto farmaceutico. Nell'articolazione dei contenuti verrà, pertanto, dato ampio spazio ad aspetti di comunicazione e relazione, oltre che di carattere emotivo-motivazionale e sociale (come, tra gli altri l'empatia, l'autoefficacia, la motivazione, la gestione del rapporto di partnership) che risultano funzionali alla promozione del benessere di individui coinvolti in processi dinamici di interazione, come quelli che riguardano il cittadino ed il farmacista.

The course will examine the concepts of health and wellbeing in the life-span perspective, taking into account the psychological factors underlying the relationship among individuals within the contexts of life, and with particular attention to the processes between the client-citizen and the professional in the pharmaceutical context. Therefore, in the articulation of contents it will be given ample space to communication and relational aspects, as well as to aspects of emotional-motivational and social character (such as, among others, empathy, self-efficacy, motivation, management of the partnership), that are functional to the promotion the wellbeing of individuals involved in the dynamic processes of interaction, such as those concerning the customer-citizen and pharmacist.

The teaching takes the integrated form in e-learning mode suitable for face-to-face situations, those in which teaching is delivered totally online and blended forms of teaching.
The teaching will be delivered according to the integrated solution scenario and may include blended forms: lesson materials (video recordings and / or audio-presentations); exercises to be carried out online, but also in person; in-depth didactic materials.
